Finally Understand What Your Bloodwork Is Telling You

Plain-language explanations of your bloodwork and what food and lifestyle changes may move the numbers.

Lab Results Review

Lab reports are packed with numbers, ranges and abbreviations. Many people get results back with a quick note that everything is fine, or with a flag and no explanation. Understanding your labs puts you back in charge of your health.

Labs We Commonly Review

  • Blood sugar markers such as fasting glucose and A1C
  • Cholesterol and triglycerides
  • Kidney and liver function
  • Thyroid markers
  • Iron, vitamin D and B12
  • Complete blood count

How It Works

You send us your recent results. We go through each section in plain language, point out trends across past tests, and highlight numbers worth watching even if they are still in range. Then we connect them to practical food and lifestyle steps.

In Range Is Not Always Optimal

A fasting glucose or triglyceride level can be inside the normal range but trending up. Catching that trend early is one of the most useful things a review can do. Our blood sugar program is a common next step.

What We Do Not Do

We do not diagnose disease or change medications. Any abnormal result should be followed up with the doctor who ordered it. We help you understand the numbers and prepare good questions for that conversation.

Questions People Ask Before Starting

Straight answers to the questions that come up most. If yours is not here, just ask during your consultation.

Can you order lab tests for me?

Lab orders come from your doctor. We can suggest which tests may be useful to ask about.

How far back should my results go?

Two or three years of results show trends best, but even one recent panel is a good start.

Will you tell me if something is wrong?

We will point out anything that needs medical follow-up and encourage you to contact your doctor promptly.
