Compare: Phone consultations are typically $3 to $4 per minute. So, with $400, you are only paying for 2 hours of consultations, and getting 1 month of extra care. This is because Dr. Bass wants to preferably follow his students/patients for several months - to guide them to optimal results. With LSIFC's coaching, you can stay at home, you can work or stay in bed, Dr. Bass will adjust his methods to your preference, as well as to your conditions.

During the program that will be designed for you, and continually adjusted according to your body's reactions, you will typically get a steady stream of different symptoms. These will vary from person to person, and give valuable clues to the progress of your healing. It is important not to mistake "healing symptoms" for "disease symptoms".

Write down
1. current and earlier symptoms, preferably using FORM 1 and FORM 2
2. your medical history,
3. medications you have taken and are taking,
4. what your current diet is - preferably using FORM 3 (Patients Daily Diet) - all meals and snacks (your new diet will be as close as possible to what you are used to, but on a much higher level, on a 2 or 3 meal plan, etc.),
5. any other information of importance.
Or write the most important information in concise form on a piece of paper.

6. For LSIFC to be able to accept you as a patient, you'll have to sign an agreement. Print and sign FORM 4.

As a student/patient
After you have been accepted on a program, you can call between 10 am and 9 pm (US EST) workdays, unless otherwise instructed.
Please restrict your call to max. 15 minutes, since other patients also must be allowed access. Call on weekends only
